M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

Taking down carefully old UNSV aluminium point wiring with wooden batten /concealed and all accessories of(light, fan, socket or power) such as switches socket ceiling rose, fan regulators, light fitting, main switches DB’s etc and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with cable PVC insulated but unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm, stranded copper conductor in and including PVC conduit duly concealed continuous earthing with cable PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire and MS box including laminated top sheet cover,washer & screw complete all as specified and directed for One light/Call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.
