Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light, fan, socket or powerpoint) complete including batten, conduit and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, sockets, switch board etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring for light point/ fan point/ bell point, one light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable,1100 volts grade single core in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) and fittings of medium grade including all fittings such as bend, elbow, tee etc including sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) earth wire, 1100 volts grade single core and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 40-100 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), Single pole and neutral 240 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), Single pole and neutral 240 V, 8 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 25 mm x 4mm thick as earth lead by means of brazing, bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 40 mm dia Galvanised iron pipe 'light grade' and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion and also including taking out old unserviceable earthing completely. Comprehensive periodical servicing, repair, maintenance by monthly visiting the site for smooth proper fuctioning of the automation of intelligent addressable fire alarm control panel and flowchart based programmable RTU fire alarm system of Godrej Security Solutions/ Cimcon Software (I) Pvt Ltd make including checking, dismantling, servicing, cleaning/ removing dust or dirt through air blower, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit (if any), connecting, carry out normal repair/ renewal of defective parts for the trouble free and efficient functioninig, reprogramming with software (if required), testing by the operation of trigger device in each zone of the fire alarm system consisting of Loop Card, Main Control Board, LCD Display, AC Filter, Transformer, Battery, Multisensor, Sounder, MCP, Repeater Panel, Zone Monitor Module, UV & IR Detector, Remote Response Indicator, Loop Isolator, Amplifier, Loud Speaker etc by providing technical engineer for monthly visit to keep the alarm system fully functional (24*7) at various locations. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid as "Supply only" separately under item Srl No. 29.00 to 47.00 of Schedule. (ii) Contractor's representative/ engineer will visit once in every month to every panel and get serviceability state duly signed by the User/ MES. (iii) Additional visit as and when required shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rate, no extra amount shall be paid on this account.

Shifting of MIMIC Panel complete after dismantling/ disconnecting all mechanical & electrical connection within a distance of 2 KM and making all electrical & mechanical connection at new location including checking, servicing, cleaning/ removing dust or dirt through air blower, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit (if any), connecting, carry out normal repair/ renewal of defective parts for the trouble free and efficient functioninig, reprogramming with software (if required), testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Spare Parts will be deemd to be included in the quoted rate.
