M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks having a minimum compressive strength of 75 Kg/Sq. cm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built-in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering (10+5) mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in two layers i.e dubbing coat of having 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and over a top coat having 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix false ceiling of module size of 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of main “T” runner with suitable spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 x 38 mm made from 0.27 mm thick GI sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24 x 32 mm made of 0.27mm thick sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm and center to center form a grid of 1200 x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 x 26 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to form grid of 600 x 600 mm and wall angle of size 19 x 19 x 0.35 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm dia GI adjustable hanger rods with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 24 mm including supply & fixing of 12 mm thick gypsum ceiling board fixed in ceiling flat or sloping to GI frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only non asbestos building board of any thickness, fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair high performance industrial circulator/ ventilator wind driven turbine dia of bottom ring 600 mm top and bottom ring made of stainless steel with FRP base to match roofing sheet with polyster resin powder coated top of the ventilator turbine made of aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varplitch from aluminium rotation bearing made of twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearing and housing etc., including taking down old unserviceable industrial roof turbo ventilator complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
