M&L for Providing 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of black top cover of existing road upto 1 mtr depth and 60 cm wide for laying of UG cable and pipe line, refilling and making good after laying UG cable an pipe line with PCC 1:3:6 upto 30cm from top of the road surface complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED street light fittings of 70 Watt, pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree of protection. Individuals LED’s should have lenses for better throw across & along road range 140-280 volts fittings should be provided 5KV surge protection external and apart from this surge, arrestor driver should have additional 4 KV surge protector inbuilt in driver for maximised protections, should have lumens output of 100 lumens watt minimum protections facility in drivers, driver should be potted type for viberation proof performance & including making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed. . Note: Driver should be BIS registered with ‘R’ marking.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed .Note: Necessary T&P arranged by contractor and it is included in qutoed sum.

S&F Loop in loop out box made out of polycarbonate body of size 180mm x 240mm x 135mm to fix on the poles with suitable size of clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including comprising of the following accessories:- (a) Connector of 32 Amps capacity 4 ways – 01 Nos (b) MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps – 01 Nos

Supply and fixing bracket made out of 40mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5m long including bending if required as direct, 02 Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron 40x6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete all as specified and directed. (v) Stainless steel wire rope:- Diameter of SS rope 6mm. AISI 304 grade, construction of SS rope 7/19. Stainless steel of centre core material DIN 3060. 3 Nos rope of 6mm for Lantern carriage. 2 Nos of 6mm for double drum winch. Breaking load capacity of SS wire rope are 2350 Kgs per SS rope.

(vi) Trailing cable:- Copper conductor cable PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade of size 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated from electrical box to street light fittings separately for nine fittings each Job – 01 Nos

(vii) Push button control 415 Volt 3 Phase 50 Hz 1440 RPM single speed 1100 watt torque lifting capacity 750 Kgs adjustable mechanically tripping device complete all as specified.

(viii) Power Tool:- 1 HP integral model. Single speed, reversible 415 volts/240 Volts with mechanical tripping facility.

Supply installing testing and commissioning of LT panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure outdoor cubical type, double door with aprons, dust, vermin, weather proof duly powder coated with seven tank process, IP -54 and all as per IE rules, mounted on suitable size MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm welded in shape with two coats of black enamel over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary grouting and PCC etc complete with legs 30cm in ground n PCC and 50cm above ground including grounting with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary excavation and earth work complete with necessary compartments, fitted with 3 nos of aluminium bus bar 400 amps and 01 nos 200 Amps for neutral with colour code sleeves mounted on porcelain/SMC/DMC insulators, including provision of doors on front with neoprene gaskets, internal control wiring with PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including supply and fix of the following items.

Supply, install test and comprising of factory made powder coated cubical outdoor LT feeder pillar box of size 900 x 750 x 300mm conforming to IP-65, CPRI approved complete weather proof and vermin proof and the shell of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with partitions and switch enclosure doors of 2mm MS sheet with minimum clearance of 750mm and canopy made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet all as per IS shall be available inside for easy access and working condition fixed on angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 6mm mounted on brick masonry pillars with a clearance of at least 0.45 mtrs above GL on 100mm thick appron of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 provided 1.0 mtr all around with a slight outward slope to avoid stagnation of water, marking to identify incoming and outgoing circuits and earthing pillar box at two points outdoor feeder pillar box (for High Mast Light) comprising of following:-

(i) MCCB 63Amp 4 pole 25KA, 415V ICU 100% with thermal based release-02 Nos (01 incoming, 01 Spare) (ii) Timer switch analog outdoor type factory made powder coated all along internal external surfaces, weather proof, dust and water proof with IP 55 protection, consisting of 01 No AC contactor 3 Phase 16 Amps capacity 10KA, one digital timer switch with 16 Amp three Nos MCB SP 10KA having both auto manual and by pass system -01 No mounted on existing panel with suitable size clamps complete all as specified and directed. (c) Reversing starter capacity 2HP/1.5KW with contactor size 18, overload relay range 2.5-4 Amp

Cutting and making connection of existing GI/CI pipe line and taking connection by inserting Tee/any other fitting as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F ceiling fan of five star rated 1200 mm sweep AC, 240 volts complete with metal blades, down rod canopy etc including hanging in position and conneting with 3 core, 23/.0076 Sqmm copper PVC insulated and PVC sheathed round cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300 mm sweep AC, 240 volts, metal body with metal louvers and shutters fixed as per manufacturer's instructions, connecting with and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core cable etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F LED batten single tube 1x20W(4feet long), 230V, 6000K rated CCT energy efficient with atomic ballast bipin holder starter blocks, diffuser etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
