Delivery Hose 63 mm, Type B, Length: 22.5 Mtrs. (Standard Length) Technical specification as under : 1- Hose shall be as per BIS-636-1988 (reaffirmed-2003) Type- B and BIS marked 2- Hose shall be non- percolating and flexible. 3- It shall be made up of 100% polyester, circular woven jacketed. 4- It shall have special quality EPDM (Ethylene propylene Diane monomer) rubber as internal lining top withstand Heat and polluted water. 5- It shall be external coating of red synthetic electrometric for providing protecting against moisture, mildew fungus and with oil. 6- It shall be heat and abrasion resistance. 7- Test pressure: 21.4 kgf/cm2. 8- Burst pressure: 35.7 kgf/cm2. 9- Length: 22.5 Mtrs. 10- Diameter: 63 mm. 11- Coil Diameter: should not exceed 550mm. 12- M Mass in gram/mtrs should not exceed 500. 13- Fitted with gun metal, instantaneous male and female coupling at the end. 14-Coupling should be as per ISI803&ISI Marked. 15-Hose should be fitted with coupling by 16 swg Copper. Test::All test will be as per IS:636-1988/2003,however main test are as under: 1. Rot-Proofing. 2. Internal Diameter. 3. Mass 4. Coil Diameters 5. Hydrostatic burst pressure.
