Construction of 5 (five) Nos of pile foundation for D+6=1 Nos, D+12= 1 Nos, ,D+18= 3 Nos tower

Mobilization for pile foundation (including preparation of work space, Approach road, dewatering, arrangement of electricity, jungle clearing, earth filling and making all arrangement for completion of the work) and construction and supply of all materials & labour of temporary island/platform to facilitate the construction of foundation including platform for storage of construction materials such as stone chips, sand, cement, steel reinforcement bar, mixture machines, tools & plants all foundation materials keeping & mixing.

Boring, providing and installation of bored cast in situ pile of 1200 mm diameter below the pile head with M20 grade of cement concrete including the cost of reinforcement steel, cost of boring with temporary quide casting bentonite solution. All necessarry labour materials, plants and tackles etc complete as necessary for proper execution of the job. The unit rate include excavation, dewatering, anchoring, backfilling, form work for placing of plain or reinforced concrete cement, supply and providing MS liner of 6mm thick in piles upto 10 meter depth from the bottom of the ground level. The Pile top should be chipped off to remove laitance concrete above cut off level (750mm from the top of the pile). The laitance concrete will not be considered for billing purpose. 5 X 4 X 7.00 = 140

Providing and laying M20 grade concrete of specified 28 days strength for pile head, tie beam, chimney including reinforcement steel, form work, scafolding for all level as per site necessarry materials and equipment, transportations, batching, mixing, vibration, dewatering etc as per approved drawing and direction.

Conducting pile integrity test on piles using electronic control unit hand held hammer, accelerometer , computer withrequired software to asses as installed pile characteristics including mobilization of necessarry manpower, equipment materials etc required for successful completion of the job. 5 X 4 = 20

Stub Setting

Setting of stubs (set of four) including transportation and distribution of stubs and accessories complete excluding cost of excavation, concreting, back filling etc.

Erection of Superstructure

Erection of Superstructure including transportation of structures by any means and distribution of structure and accessories from store to site including supply and fixing of Danger plate, Phase plate, Number plate ,bird guard but excluding hoistng of insulators,painting etc.

Welding of all nuts and bolts including all charges of transportation materials etc

Stringing

Stringing of power conductors including transportation from stores and distribution of conductor and accessories to sites and laying, stringing,tensioning, Clamping, jointing, jumpering and hoisting of insulators complete including cost of all fittings and accessories not specifically mentioned elsewhere per route Km (6 conductors) of line.

Grounding and other works

Grounding of towers including cost & supply of materials like 3M long, 25 mm dia G.I Pipe,45 X such as G.I Pipe, G.I bolts and nuts andwasher,salt,coke etc,as per specification.

Painting of Tower with bituminous paints of approved quality upto 3m from ground level including cost of paints.
