Monitoring and Maintenance of Utility Services of HVAC System in AAI Admin Block (As per - List of Inventories) on 2 Shift Basis (Timing as decided by Engineer In Charge - Duty Timing for One Shift: 8 Hours in a Day) for 100% Serviceability i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, Insulation Tapes and other Sundry Material required for cleaning etc., attending Minor Faults / Assisting OEM during Servicing and Breakdown of Equipments, ensuring satisfactory working condition of the Systems, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Basis as per Standard Manufacturers' Practices (Other than OEM CAMC Works) and as per Techno Commercial Specifications (TCS), Maintenance of Records and Log Books and Reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations etc., on all days except Sundays as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required.

Monitoring and Maintenance of AC Installations (Various Capacity of Window ACs/Split ACs/Cassette ACs/Water Coolers etc.,) at Various Locations at Chennai Airport (As per - List of Inventories) on 8 Hours Day Shift Basis (Timing as decided by Engineer In Charge) for 100% Serviceability i/c providing Consumable and other Sundry Material required for Cleaning, attending Faults / Breakdown of Equipments, ensuring satisfactory working condition of the Systems, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Basis as per Standard Manufacturers' Practices and as per Techno Commercial Specifications (TCS), Maintenance of Records and Log Books and Reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations etc., on all days except Sundays as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required. Supply of Refrigerant copper piping of suitable size and thickness as per OEM Recommendation to connect indoor and outdoor units, including Insulation of 9mm thick nitrile rubber and protective external covering with Cotton tape all necessary supports/fittings etc., as required.
