REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE, CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK, MAN HOLE, SOAKAGE WELL AT BASE CAMP, KHALSAR AND SASOMA UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE 873 EWS

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any portion not otherwise specified provided for sewage line bed and manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia of 150mm laid in trenches and jointed (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for salt glazed stone ware grade ‘A’ drain pipes of internal dia of 150mm laid in trenches and jointed on concrete bed including testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Concrete bed to be measured and paid for separately).

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming, branch channel( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finish and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia SWG pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1 :2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone agg.) as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs/chajja, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover (for manholes and drains) including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs as roof slabs, floor slabs, landinqs, lintel / chajja and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Framed work in small articles such as rungs, handles of man hole covers etc., grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 made to shape and placing in position complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick/block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed aggregate) exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of bricks walls or concrete walls or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 1 ltr for 50 kg of cement finished the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning/clearing of chocked sewage lines of any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage drain pipes up to and including 150mm dia to 300mm dia by rodding or any other means from manholes to manholes or from trap and flusing with water after cleaning. Sludge/sludge water to be disposed off through septic tank & soakage well/pits and sludge in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off in a pit (the rate for digging & closing of pit with soilis including in the rates) including taking off manhole covers and re fixing the same after cleaning. Sewage lines cleared/cleaned under this item is to be maintained and kept fully functional by removing any type of blockage. Note :- (i) Contractor / his authorised representive will report daily at Base Camp complaint cell at 0900 hours to receive day to day complaints. (ii) All sewage complaints must be attended immediately on receipt but not later than 24 hours. (iii) Recovery (penalty) for not attending complaint beyond 24 hours shall be Rs 200.00 per complaint per day delayed.

M&L for cleaning of spot blockage of floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap, urinal out let trap, WC (Indian or EWC), WHB, Sink outlet by removing the CP or PVC grating and CI oval access door etc of any type including cleaning of sludge , cleaning of blocked/ filled WC (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp/ roding the CI / SGSW pipe of any dia upto first manhole/ gully trap after taking off the cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/ sludge etc to a distance upto 500 m and burying the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and to cover the same with earth complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the contaminated water from soakage well of any capacity and depth through pumping and dispose off to a distance upto 2.0 KM and burying the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and to cover the same with earth including outline holes through slab/ wall as required for inserting pipe, waste shall be dumped in excavated dump pits and shall be disinfected using bleaching powder and making good the same to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity and depth including inlet chamber, outlet chambers removing out all scum. Site residues both organic and inorganic type after plugging the incoming sewage lines, removing and depositing the waste materials/ sludge etc to a distance upto 50m and buried the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and then cover with earth, waste shall be dumped in excavated dump pits and shall be disinfected using bleaching powder, including removal of surplus spoil if any complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down PVC/ Cast iron soil /waste pipes 110 mm / 75mm bore including all fitting like bends from wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs plastic EWC seat cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl making good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet sqatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excuding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl making good complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stainless steel squatt pan/WC Orissa battern with integral foot rest (excluding flushing system and flush pipe) including P or S trap, set in incl concrete bedding etc as in repairs incl making good complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item
