PART-I PERIODICAL SERVICE TO CERTAIN BLDGS & BOUNDARY WALL AT PXE, ITR & OT ROAD COLONY AT BALASORE M&L, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, 10mm and 5mm final coat on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction shall be mixed to 5mm thick final layer of rendering including taking down old cement plaster all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth Without using extra cement complet including taking down old cement plaster all as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 of ceiling, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster complete all as directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture)(Makes : pidilite Industries/ Impermo/Snowcem India Ltd/Sika)

M&L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of old plaster surfaces and one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats plastic emulsion paint on a coat of wall primer over a coat of wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of aluminum paint to steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewriting letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint all as specified.( Average height 10 Cm)

PART-II (REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, AREA DRAINAGE, SEPTIC TANKS AT ITR CHANDIPUR Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m depth for fdn etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22 above but exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.00m

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100mm internal dia, (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150mm internal dia, (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl coping.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Taking down existing cement plaster in cement mortar on brick/stone masonry walls etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scru bbing down with water all as specified (internal and external surfaces of manholes, septic tanks, etc).

Cleaning of drain pipes exc 100mm but not exc 300mm by rodding from man holes incl flushing with water and placing back manhole covers after cleaning for pipes.

Taking out deposited sludge from manhole, septic tanks etc n.exc 1.50m depth from top of manhole , septic tanks etc pumping out sewage water including cutting of bushes and removing of sludge from bottom of manhole, septic tanks etc to a distance 50m and covering of the deposited sludge with excavated earth includiing spereading of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg/Sqm (for disinfection purpose) over deposite sludge before earth spreading incl sweepingncleaning with water all as specified (earth work will be paid separately)

All as per item No 31 here-in-before but depth exc. 1.50m and n.exc 3.00m depth complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, finishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded sone aggregrates set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slabs of manhole/septic tanks complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
