Special Eligibility Criteria

   (i) Bulk or Entire purchase shall be made from OEM or their authorized dealer for brands. Make MOBIL, LORAM,GULF,SERVO,SHELL (ii) Authorized dealer for particular brand will submit valid authorization from OEM other wise offer will be summarily rejected OR Firm having past performance of same item in any zonal railway in last 5 years.

   In keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017, as amended, and in terms of clause 2.4.2 - 2 (a) of Instructions to Tenderers for e-Tender, Rev. 1.21 of Sept, 2024, Public procurement of this item is restricted to Class - I local suppliers and class II local suppliers only and offers from vendors, who do not qualify to be Class - I local suppliers and class II local suppliers , shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor, who does not qualify to be a Class - I local suppliers and class II local suppliers for the tendered item participates in the tender, the bidder does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the bidder.

   Bidders are required to submit a certificate as per Clause 2.4.3 of NR_ITT_Rev. 1.21 of Sept, 2024 (document name) for compliance to the conditions regarding restrictions on procurement from bidders from countries sharing land borders with India. Bidders, who are not from such country which shares land border with India shall select 'YES' in the Complied column. However, in case, the bidder is from a country sharing land border with India, should select 'NO' in the complied column.

   (i) In terms of clause 3.0 of the Instructions to Tenderers for E.tenders, Rev. 1.21 of Sept, 2024, Bidders, not failing in the exempt category for furnishing EMD, are required to mandatorily furnish the requisite EMD along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. (ii) In terms of Clause 12.0 of the Instructions to Tenderers for E.tenders, Rev. 1.21 of Sept, 2024, successful bidders unless failing in the exempt category for submission of S.D. are mandatorily required to submit Security Deposit at 3% of the value of Contact value.
