Supply, laying testing and commisioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, HT 11000 V(E) grade suitable for earthed system of size 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches carefully for taking out or re-laying existing/ new serviceable HTUG cable , not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

All as per item no. 2 here in before but in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in and ramming with approved excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated/ surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for river sand cushioning/ filling completely dry in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable and punned down to a total thickness of sand 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type 1 flat of size 300 x 180x 40 mm for cable protection properly, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor has to submited the test report from NABL.

Supplying, jointing, testing and commossioning at site, cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing, testing and commossioning at site, cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for end termination indoor heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing, testing and commossioning at site, cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for end termination outdoor heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm dia bore galvanized iron tubing, light grade including all fitting as in cable protection laid in floor/ road crossing or fixed to poles with clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of hole under road pavement hardstanding by using trenchless technology at a depth of 0.6 metre from top surface including supply and fix HDPE pipe of dia 150 mm suitable for for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galavanized steel earth electrode, 600x600x6.00 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel protected by and including GI pipe 50 mm bore (light grade) and conneccted to main switch/ MCB DBs box point/ LP test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20 mm graded aggregates with cast iron mild steel frame embedded in the concrete enclouser finished flushed & CI cover 10 mm thick of size (300mmx300mm) having locking arrengment hinged to CI frame all as shown under electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part- I 2009 and as directed including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in different colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wiremesh funnel 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering adequate quantity of Charcoal, bentonite and common salt in layer of 15 cm and 3 ft x 3 ft thick all around the electrode including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of strata complete testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Rate Quoted shall be deemed to Included with :- (i) Filling the pit with black cotton soil brought at site. (ii) Removing of surplus excavated soil/ rock etc. (iii) Quantity of GI earth strip & protection pipe beyond 7.5 metre length will be measured separtely. (iv) Testing on completion & achieving resistance less than 3 ohm and submitting report to Engineer-In-Charge duly signed by user in every month after successful completion of earthing during contract period & defect liability period all as directed.

Material and labour for cable joint/ route indicator casted in PCC tile of size 350mm x 200mm x 50mm duly engraved wirth "MES HT CABLE '' OR " MES HT CABLE JOINT" in letters duly fixed into the ground to the minimum depth of 450 mm grouted into the ground with PCC casting (1:4:8) type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs, cross arms, bracing, supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and one under coat & one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint after preperation of surface completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping , concrete on floor/ wall and similar items including necessay formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of road/ surface in any position not otherwise specially provided for and removing of rubbish complete all as directed and specified
