Firm should submit past performance documents (as a proof of successful supply) for having supplied for atleast 20% of tendered quantity for same/similar item (Similar item is one which is having output functionality as that of tendered item) in last 3 years like R note/CRAC/CRN/Joint Installation or commissioning reports apart from the PO copy along with the offer. Else their offers are not considered and shall be passed over. However, in cases where the tenderers are having satisfactory past performance of same/similar item in IR (for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last three years prior to, and excluding tender opening date), the supply performance data as available in iMMS with IR shall be taken into consideration while evaluating the offers.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
