Construction of link road from LSIP RR Colony to Kapilbahal Chhak (from Ch.2/160 km to 3/120 km) of Kumiapali, Balangir.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. Transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MORTH Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing granular sub-base (Crushable Stone Screening) used in berm in layers not eceeding 22.5 cm well watered and compaction to the required density in O.M.C with Vibrater roller including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on level section).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub base Grading III material as per table 401-1, spreading in uniform layer with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4 th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Mesurement to be taken on level section)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) over prepared surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg / sqm including cost & conveyance of all materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces cleaned including cost & conveyance of all materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speified grading premixed with bitominous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitomen, transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road & Bridge works including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete including cost & conveyance of all materials, royalty of materials, T & P required for the work, sundries, labour and labour cess etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
