Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc. For mass concrete including all carriages complete.

Supplying and filling of Quarry muck including ramming, watering and consolidation complete, including cost of material and carriage upto site of work.

Providing and fixing antiskid decorative tiles of approved make, shade and size for floor, set over a bed of cement mortar including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, curing, finishing complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of 8" x 8" ornamental wooden columns/posts made of deodar wood for supporting wooden truss, including necessary fittings, fixtures, carriage and all operations complete in all respects as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing external plaster in 1:6 cement mortar (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), 12 mm thick, on outer faces of plinth, including scaffolding, curing, and making good all defects, complete as per specifications

Providing and fixing wooden work for trusses, decorative elements, and other carpentry works using 1st class KD wood, including all necessary fittings, fixtures, fasteners, and operations complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing colour-coated high rib sheets (0.50 mm) of specified gauge over wooden trusses, including all necessary fittings with ridges, valleys and fasteners, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden ornamental balusters, 24" height of specified diameter, including all necessary fittings, fasteners, and operations complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick plywood for ceiling, including all necessary fittings, fasteners, supports, and operations complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Khatamband Paanch Muraba including all fittings and fixtures complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ornamental garden benches of approved make and quality, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including all cost and carriages invovled complete.

Polishing wood work with good quality varnish, applying three or more coats, including all necessary surface preparation and operations complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Carriage of materials BWO of Mechanical from source upto site of work including loading, unloading etc for:-

i. Bajri for an average lead of 25 Km

ii. Sand for an average lead of 06 km
