Centering an shuttering including strutting, etc and removal of from fro untels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressument and cantilevers including all complete as per Secure Item No.-5.9.5 PWD SOR.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roof, having slope upto to 150 landings, balconies, shelves, chhajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 Coarse sand (ZoneIII) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per SOR.

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers including all complete as per Secure Item No. 5.9.5 PWDSOR

Centering and Shutering including strutting, etc and removal of form for Supended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform incl. all complete as per SOR 2020 Item No. 5.9.3 PWD SOR.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting bending,placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level, Thermo Machanically Treated bars as per SOR 5.22.6

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours, riser of steps,laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based conforming to IS :15477, in average 6 mm thickness including grouting of joints (Payment of grouting of joint to be made separately) Size ofTile 600x600 mm as per SOR 11.47.2

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in foothpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning ect. Complete on 20mmthick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse snad). Ordinary cement without any pigment as per SOR 11.20.1

Providing and fixing angle iront frames for doors windows and ventilators of mild steel angle sections of size 35x35x5mm. Joints mltred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x5 mm lat pieces to the existing Tiron frame or to the all with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge as per SOR 10.31

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cementing and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per SOR 4.1.2

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece as per secure 10.5.2

12 mm cement plaster cement plaset 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement . As per SOR 13.9.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) as per SOR 13.1.2

One Priming coat & two coat oil distemper on new work inclding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SOB 649+650

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on newwork wing two coates to give an even shade As Per SOR 660+661

Painting or varnishing and Iron work in small area or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved supperior quality ready mixex paint of clear syanthitic varninsh inclding supply of all materials labour T&P etc. complete work. As per SOR 641+642

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thicknesss 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smoth complete 13.80

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming of IS :15622 (Thickness to be specified by the Manufacturer). Of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, rises of steps and dodos, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete SOR 8.31
