Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick screed in cement 1 :4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates, grills but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F frame of stainless steel railing of any size and shape with stainless steel tubular/square/rectangular hollow pipe including welding and necessary drilling, bolting and rieveting and fixing at site etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refilling Lime concrete with brick aggregate (Course) in lime mortar1:3, 300mm thick in the sunken with the help of proper tools & equipments & plants complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and making cement concrete in 40mm thickness in 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) mixing Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+. Complete in sunken upto the below level of tiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.
