Dismantling of existing Split AC cassette type of following ratings by Dismantling the IDU, ODU including cu piping, electrical cable etc. by removing the false ceiling ( wherever provided) and despositing the same to AAI store at RHQ-NR complete as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissionng of modular type variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant volume aircooled outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating having all hermetically scaled inverter type scroll compressor (s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 50 degree C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V+/-10%, 3Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refreigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less that 6.5.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissionng of following minimum capacity 4-way flow VRV/VRF Cassette Type Indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetiv washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX Copper Coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabiner, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, cordless remore control etc., suitable for operation on single phase 230V+_10%, 50Hz Ac supply, complete, as required. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at airinlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissionng including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/harf drawn copper refrigerant piping of VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required.

SITC of Refrigerant Y-Joint required for distribution of refrigerant in copper piping etc. complete as per specification.

Supply, insatallation, testing, commissioning of rigid PVC Piping complete with fitting, supports as per specification and duly insulated with 6 mm thick elastomeric closed cell nitrile rubber insulation for condensate from room unit to nearest suitable drain system as per site condition and providing clean out plug at suitable location for rooting complete as required.

Provision of angle iron stand fabricated from 50*50*5mm thick MS angle suitable to accommodate outdoor unit of VRF/VRV OF ITEM NO 2 including painting, welding, finishing the stand etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders also including providing 2 mm thick GI sheet to cover the cable tray carrying the refrigerent piping etc as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays bends with perforation not more than 17.5%,, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Supply of following sizes LT electrical cable 1100 volt grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Power cable with GI strip Armoured, ISI marked as per IS 7098 with up to date amendments.

Providing and fixing of Control cum Transmission Wiring with suitable 2 core X 1.5 sq.mm Copper wire including supply and fixing of PVC conduits between indoor and outdoor unit.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35 sqmm on wall surface as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of size above 35sqmm and up to 95 sqmm on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

SITC of Onload change over switch of 100 A, 415 volt grade four pole including fixing over the existing wall, grouting etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB’s (but without MCB’s and incomer ) as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
