Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(45 to 63 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Clause 405(2)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(22.4 to 53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(3)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechincal means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ofType-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. Area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates are inclusive of all taxes, royality ,Material, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work.
