Servicing, testing and commissioning of 2280 LPM, 110 Meter head, Diesel Engine Driven Main Fire Pump Services include Cleaning of Diesel Tank, Fuel Indicator Tube with appopriate solvent, Cleaning of Fuel Filter, Cleaning wire contacts in a diesel engine starter and battery by removing Dirt, Grime, corrotion, Tigntening of any loose terminals, Testing battery voltage, Freeing of Impeller shaft, Greasing of Points, replacing Oil seal rope, recirculation, removing dust and forign particals from collant oil, Radiator cleaning, Checking of Belt tension and all related works as per standard specifications and as per direction of departmental officers

Servicing of 4 way Fire Brigade Inlet - replacement of diaphram, washers etc for smooth functionning and arresting leakage as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Air Release Valve of 20mm dia, so as to release airlock in 100mm dia MS pipe at top most wet riser, including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Servicing the following sizes cast iron body Butterfly Valves by disconnecting from hydrant line, dismantling, inspecting the internal shutter, replacing valve seating, checking operating lever, lubricating for moving parts, reconnecting with hydrant system as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 150 mm Butterfly Valve of sizes at required places to control the flow of water including necessary MS flange of table ‘E’, gaskets, bolts & nuts including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Servicing the First Aid Hose Reel Drum assembly by disconnecting from hydrant line, replacing shut off nozzle, warm clip, lubricating the rotating assembly, replacing 20mm dia, 30 metres long rubber hose, re-connecting with hydrant system as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying, Fixing, testing and Commissioning of 150mm dia Non Return valve for sewage monoblock pump including materials and labour charges etc all complete as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying, Fixing, testing and Commissioning of 65mm dia Non Return valve for submersible pump including materials and labour charges etc all complete as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and Fixing of 63 Amps 30 MA Four pole ELCB/RCCB including materials and labour charges etc all complete as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers..
