Maintenance of existing APFC panel and cleaning of dust inside with blower, cleaning of moving part /contacts from CT cleaner, tightening of loose parts /electrical wires, cleaning of contractors, relays and capscitors junction points, servicing/oiling to cooling fan, complete testing of APFC relay with necessary settings with CTs /load adjustments to match with the APFC load management system complete with replacement of worn out unserviceable components /burnt wires thimbles /lugs complete tested of cap 375 and 300 KVAR .

(i) Parts /components for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately.

(ii) Each APFC panel should be attended at least once in a month. The payment shall be made in Each unit attended Each time.

(iii) Replacement of small nuts /screws, burnt copper wires /lugs or thimbles /cleaning materials or CTC shall not be paid seperately the cost of these are deemed to include the Schedule item rate

(iv) The parts should be of the same make and capacity of existing one which is required to be replaced.

Replacement of following spare part in Maintencance carried out under item no 2 above in existing APFC panels Rate for fixing charges are deemed to be included in the srl item No 2 above ) : -

M& L for replacement of indicating lamp set R/Y/B for phase indications 215 Volts 50 Hz with new one. Panel mounting type complete to match with the existing one. Make-L&T

M&L for replacement of old u/s ACB of cap 1600 Amp 4 pole 415 Volt with thermal magnetic mico process automatic draw-out type from the panel board with replacing the unserviceable including disconnecting /connecting supply with necessary all jointing materials . Make-L&T /CROMPTON or equivalent as per E-in-C.

M&L for drawing out the LT ACB four pole 415 volts 1250/1800 amp amps capacity electrically charging type from the panel board and repairing /servicing and replacement of U/S parts the same for proper functioning, checking and tightening of all hardwares, lubricating the operating/spring charging/tripping mechanism, checking connections of controls and motor for proper working, cleaning contacts with fine emery paper and CTC, applying petroleum jelly on the contacts, refining at original position and testing for proper working complete all as directed.

Supply and replacing cluster contacts (moving type) suitable for LT ACB four pole 415 volts 1250 /1800 amps capacity complete all as directed.

Supply and replacing u/s over load relay of cap 1 to 5 Amp. Make- Siemens or equivalent as per E-in-C's

Dismantling/ taking down of unserviceable street light fittings of any watt and any make and removeing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and as directed

S&F street light fittings of 72 Watt LED new generation energy saving roadway luminaire of protection complete including taking out old u/s light fitting. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/Havells/Surya
