Providing and laying dark & light grey granite paver blocks in Swimming pool area etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Sample to be approved before starting of the work by Architect/ EIC. 80 mm with approved color design and pattern.

Providing and laying Natural stone paver blocks in pathway etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying leather finish steel grey granite flooring including wastage in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 20 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 500 x 500 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying 600mmX400mmX75mm thick Grid pavers (Grass pavers) made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement Precast terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes upto 12 mm, in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles.

SUB HEAD 4- Padma Bhushan Sports Complex, Diu DOORS

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including hold fast lugs or dash fastener

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2

Providing and Fixing Channeled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm or as required by the Architect/ approving engineer, made of a Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm width and 13mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue‐and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non‐woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.50. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines (keel) using clips provided by and approved by the Architect/ Engineer‐in‐Charge. INSTALLATION: Install wooden battens (provided by others) of section 50x50mm or as approved by the Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre‐to‐centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled woodworks provided by over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on‐entre distance of 600mm. Install the Skirting (provided by others) of width 50mm or more as required by the Architect/ Engineer‐in‐Charge and insert the tongue end of the panel in the skirting. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the Al keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by Trained Installation team & Installation should be carried out as per recommended procedure.

Any modification / rectification as required by these authorities shall be carried out by the EPCV endor at free of cost. The fees required to be paid to these authorities for inspection shall be borne by Owner on production of documentary evidences.
