Erection of metallic pole of length (Above 8 meter and up to 11.0 meter) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/rail pole etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 110 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required.

Erection of LV/MV Insulators

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Erection of G.I wire (6/8 SWG ) including binding etc. asrequired.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 em X 45 em X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 60 em), 7/3.15 mm dia G. I. stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3.0 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.l strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.l. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Erection of Cradle Guard

Lifting, assembling and erection/ de-assembling and shifting or bringing back to E&M work shop of- 5 meters high Portable Stand Poles for illumination purpose.

Lifting, assembling and erection/ de-assembling and shifting or bringing back to E&M work shop of- 5 meters high Portable Stadium towers for illumination purpose.

Erection of PVC Wire ( From 2.5 sq mm to 10 sq mm) for supplying power through metallic tower, stand poles, stadium towers for illumination.

Erection of HPSV Light-fitiings with Gear Boxes / LED Light fittings on MS Channel mounted on poles, On Stand poles, on stadium towers and other metallic towers.

Dismantling of HPSV Light-fitiings with Gear Boxes / LED Light fittings on MS Channel mounted on poles, On Stand poles, on stadium towers and other metallic towers.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminum over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supply of 8 SWG G.I. Wire

Supply of 10 sq mm Service Wire

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
