Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in Ground floors & pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but except angle iron post. NOTE:- Old serviciable angle iron post retrived from item No. 1 shall be used.

Supply and fixing Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any tupe of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire will be measured.

M&L for Restraining and re-securing galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and making good to staples etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble uncoursed, brought up to courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 compltete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9 here-in-before but except stone.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone set in cement mortar 1:6 compltete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length in retaining wall as in spout pipe compltete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses walling in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width in (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
