20mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) within all leads and lifts.

Cement concretre flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone agg,. 20mm nominal size) laind in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation , trenches etc., in all kinds of soil such as pickwork, jumper work blasting work, in soft / hard rock, including chiseling wedging out of rocks clearance of bushes etc.including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil upto any lead and lift clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Squared rubble stone masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation & plinth including racking out of joints in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand ) in all leads & lifts

Providing fixing 3 mm thick MS plate 90degree V-Notch

Excavation in drains and channel etc in earth work including dressing of side and bed disposingg of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 mtrs and lift up to 1.50 mtrs disposing earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.in all leads and lifts

Providing and Laying cement concrete Design mix. M-25 not less than 1:1.5:3 nominal size (1Cement :1.5 Sand:3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in 0-30 mtrs thick RCC band arounhd the structure in all leads and lifts..

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and testting of GMS pipe following dia (medium/ light class) for scour pipe, inlet pipe , over flow pipe & distribution system including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.( Labour rates.)

Providing and fixing double flanged C.I sluice valve of following dia (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780 (including brass spindleand as per IS: 2906 Class-II complete with bolts., nuts, rubber insertion etc. ( along with tail pieces if required) following dia including all leads and lifts complete. ( Bir make) with M.S. flanges of table 5.
