Renewal BT of Ottanatham to Kallathikinaru road Km 0/0 - 2/40 in Ottapidaram Union (R-33)

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burrying and burning etc., Km 0/0 - 2/40

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A Km 0/0 - 2/40

Providing and Laying Red Gravel side berms including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.Km 0/0 - 2/40

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 Km 0/0 - 2/40

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803 Km 0/0 - 2/40

Supply and erecting centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m. height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild sheets of sixe 90 cm. x 60 cm.and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles etc complete and complying with standard specification (Above sill - without struting)

Construction of un reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and costruction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30( Grade)

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under Bharat Nirman including dressing of bermsby refilling the gully with form berms, desilting of side drains and CD works , Whitewashing guardstones, painting of KM & HM stones,Parapets, cutting of breaches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones , caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodiocity for the above actitvities as prescribed in IRC SP 20-2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectiufied by the contractor at his own cost.
