Part- I (SITC)

Design, build, operate and maintain (including all civil work and providing & fixing electro-mechanical equipments with atleast one year warranty after commissioning) STP of 405 KLD capacity for domestic sewage waste water received from the housing pocket. The STP is to be designed on SBR Technology on a plot of size 30m x 10m, giving treated effluent of BOD less than 10 PPM. The STP shall be camouflaged and shall create no noise and odour beyond the permissible limit including power back up, operation and maintenance for 1 (one) year after commencing of the plant. All drawings and scheme of the plant will be got vetted from government institute like IIT, NITs etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Design, build, commissioning, operate and maintain for 1 (one) year.

Part – II (Operation and Maintenance)

Operation & maintenance works for 4 (four) years after initial period of 1 (one) year by deploying one plant operator per shift in three no. of shifts, helper per day including all cost of consumable chemicals, backup service of senior engineer and technical expert, required tools and testing devices as per the terms and conditions for comprehensive maintenance and operation of STP on SBR technology all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge:-

Note:- For Part-II, recovery shall be made twice the rate quoted by the agency on pro rata basis for not maintaining STP.
