Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete fetc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in sub base floors etc and finished the cement concrete surface rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching of surface channels and drains, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40 mm thick , as in path / flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site outside MD land at any distance all as specified. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete design mix-M-25(20 mm graded stone aggs) as in cover slabs of drain, man holes etc set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter etc complete all as specified including removing of materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 with well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 Kg/sqcm straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work (laid flat or on edge) in floors, channels kerbs aprons etc laid dry and pointed in cement mortar complete including removing of materials obtained from demolition from worksite to outside MD land at any distance. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brick work with well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75kg/sqcm laid flat in floor/tappered wall of drain, laid dry and pointed in pointed in CM (1:3) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 12 above but except Bricks.

Material and labour for Brick work with well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm laid on edge in floors/tappered wall of drain, laid dry and pointed in CM (1:3) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 14 above but except Bricks.

Racking out joints/pointing to brick work built in cement mortar as in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Flush pointing to bricks laid on edge in pavings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Flush pointing to bricks laid flat in pavings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-decorated surfaces of walls, applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of cement base primer of walls including washing floors, etc.of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement Concertina coil 610 mm dia having 50 Nos of turns in each coil weighing approx 8.5 kg/coil fabricated from PTC, anti rust coating of specification as indicated below extendable upto a length of 6 meters enabling adjacent coils to be jointed by special galvanized steel clips in order to form a long stretch of continuous barrier including taking down existing coil and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Specification of PTC : Punched tape coils of approx weight 8.5 kg/coil and length 6m (approx) PTC round in shape, made of GP sheet 5mm and high tensile HC wire 2.6 mm, with blades of size 19 mm+ 2mm, at a distance of 24 cm and it is coated with anti rusted paint for maximum corrosion both sides resistance and durability and also providing camouflage effect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- The total length of post after dismantling shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast poles, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 Sq. cm. and n. exc 250 sq.cm. with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 27 above but 6 mm to 8 mm dia.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note - Alternate 10th post, corner posts and posts to be laid in low lying area at the discretion of Engr-in-Charge shall only be embedded in PCC).

Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing of rusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts from work site and keep serviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply chain link fencing made out of 3.15 mm dia galvanised steel wire, (Hot dipped galvanised), 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: MS flat iron and nuts and bolt shall be measured and paid under respective items and old material shall be obtained from dismantling item here-in-before.)

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link mattresses, as in tie bar strengthing and fising with nuts & bolts including taking down down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete including removing dismantled material from work site all as specified.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixing rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening .grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for spot welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6 mm and not exceeding 9mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons etc including removing of material obtained from demolition from worksite to outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, in floors set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement morter 1:6 complete all as specified. (Note:- Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured tiles of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 in floors etc with grey cement and pigment over and including 40 mm thick sand cushioning under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note: sand Cushion shall also deemend to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor)

Material and labour 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall also deemend to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor)

Material and labour Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
