M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall including cornices surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove of dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove of dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing to old painted steel surface of any description, exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on old brick or stone walls , including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and replastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation to new plastered surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over and including a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.
