SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 6 signifies this fact only.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 HP horizontal base-mounted, single/double stage centrifugal pumping set conforming to IS:5120/IS:9079 (02 x working and 01 x standby, Min 3090 LPM@ 65 M head min), directly coupled with energy-efficient squirrel cage induction motor of 100 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz, TEFC, IP55 protection and Class F insulation, suitable for continuous duty, mounted on and including common base frame with proper alignment, complete with suitable size cast iron volute casing, dynamically balanced impeller, SS shaft with mechanical seal, SS pressure gauges, vibration pads, necessary MS foundation frame duly grouted with bolts, reinforced cement concrete foundation as per manufacturers specifications including interconnecting suction and delivery pipe connections with flanged joints and all other accessories and fittings as required for proper operation, including testing at site and making the system fully operational, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Details of Pump & Motor Technical specifications to be fixed on acrylic board of size 0.5m x 0.5m and 5mm thickness, rate for which is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Any left out items for successful completion of the work shall be considered by contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L Cutting the existing bituminous road/ PCC hard standing upto 75cm in depth, 60cm in width, getting out excavated materials and making good the damaged portion after laying of pipes by returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and finishing with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate upto 30cm depth from top of the road, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, Class "K-9" conforming to IS-8329 of following sizes, in any length, laid in trenches/ pipe supports etc, pressure testing after laying complete a per IS-12288 including styrene butadiene rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Tyton joints required are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F Cast iron body foot valve of size 200 mm bore flanged as per IS 4038 , including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 50 mm dia bore as per IS 1538 and fixing up on GI tube of 80mm bore of min 3 M length on DI main water supply line of 350mm dia with all connected fittings and accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Magnetic driven Woltman type water flow meters, Class B, ISO-4064 with flanged ends all connected accessories for installation on DI pipe 350mm, complete all as specified and directed. Water flow meter, Class B of size 350 mm, flanged type, cast iron body complete including suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets including taking out existing water meter and depositing to MES store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Drilling, tapping, Cast Iron/ Ductile Iron water main in position for 100 mm to 350 mm bore dia branch connection with straight plain brass ferrule of same size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Construction of valve pit/chamber of Internal dimensions 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm, using PCC 1:4 :8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates for foundation, 23 cm thick, Solid PCC block wall built in cement mortar (1 :4) , 15 mm thick rendering all around the brick work in cement mortar (1 :6), 75 mm thick PCC (1 :2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in coping including necessary form work, 3 coats of white wash on rendered surfaces and on coping, 5 mm thick mild steel top sheet cover with frame made out of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, locking arrangement, including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply installing commissioning & testing L T feeder pillar panel board factory made, indoor, cubical type, vermin proof, dust proof, water proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm inside depth not less than 50 cm and size suitable to accommodate the following accessories with insulated TPN Copper busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. both side openable (front & back) with locking arrangement duly painted with coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and connecting with cable with lugs including internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size using lugs compressing the following accessories all as directed. (Notes : (i) The rate quoted shall include for earth work & excavation for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board upto 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil & PCC ( 1 :4:8), type D2 filling in foundation the ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 m GL to the bottom of panel board ) and Copper bus bar 300 Amps-03 Nos phases and 100 Amps 01 No neutral duly colour sleeved mounted on epoxy insulators-01 set. (ii) Panel board shall be approved by CPRI and certificate to be produced and to be submitted in the office.)

Supply and lay HDPE Pipe (PE 100, SDR-21.6 Kgf/cm²) conforming to IS 4984-2016, 110 mm dia/bore for laying of LT cables etc complete with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make: Vectus Industries/ Supreme/ lnfra/ Astron Plastic.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable 1100 V grade, PVC insulated armoured cable of size 3 core 70 Sq.mm, conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1): 1988 having stranded copper conductors, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831: 1984, including necessary clamping / dressing with cable ties and termination, laid in trenches / ducts / under plinth floors/ passing through pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation upto 1.5 m depth in any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means; over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sq.M on plan) including getting out, complete all as specified and as directed

Earth work in excavation in any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means, in foundation trenches or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe or pipes or underground cables or foundation of poles / stay assembly, not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq.M on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation in any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means, in foundation trenches or for laying of pipe, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq.M on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means, in foundation trenches or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe or pipes or underground cables or foundation of poles / stay assembly, not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq.m on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated rock outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means, in foundation trenches or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe or pipes or underground cables or foundation of poles / stay assembly, not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq.m on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for lift exceeding 1.5 but not esceeding 3.0 m, including getting out the excavated rock outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing of MS pipe of 350mm dia as per IS-1239/3589 of minimum thickness 8mm, class C, Heavy duty with joints, flanges, collars etc to connect with DI pipe of 350mm dia. The pipe shall be internally coated with food graded epoxy lining of 500 microns and externally coated with FRP coating of two layers including surface preparation, resin application and fiber coating, curing etc. to ensure corrosion resistance. The pipe welded joints shall be externally protected with metal strip (min 5mm thickness and 10cm width) welding over weld in pipe lines to ensure leak proof and reliable seal, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The Pipe shall be required to lay through 600mm Hume pipe across the NH Road, suitable precaution should be taken by contractor to avoid any incidents. 2. Provision of all type of T&Ps and specialized Man Power as required to ab arranged by contractor to complete the work as per site requirement. 3. Provision of traffic safety measures shall be taken by the contractor like safety barrier, indication display etc all as per site requirement. The quoted unit rate shall deemed to be include all above work.

S&F CI Strainer valve of size 350mm bore, flanges type with SS screen fixing on 350mm dia DI pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Structural steel work i.e welding and fixing of channel, angle, or tee sections as required as per site condition to support the water supply pipe line of any size of bore including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing bituminous road/ PCC Hard standing more than 75 cm and upto 2 m in depth, more than 60cm and upto 1.5m in width and getting out excavated materials making good the damaged portion after laying upto 600mm Hume pipes by returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers by filling with materials as below:- (a) Moorum 800mm from top of Hume pipe. (b) WMM 250mm thick in layers over moorum. (c) GSB 250mm thick in layers over WMM. (d) Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate upto 200mm thick upto road level. Notes: 1. The item above has been catered for road cutting of National Highway under National Highway circle for laying 600mm dia Hume pipe. 2. The road will be cut in two halves to ensure uninterrupted traffic movement. 3. Cooperation/ coordination/ permission with civil authorities and Stn HQs for successful completion of work shall be obtained by the contractor, as and when required. 4. All precautionary measures shall be taken during excavation such as shoring and strutting, dewatering etc to ensure smooth traffic movement. 5. Sufficient manpower and T&Ps shall be arranged by the contractor to complete the works in shortest stretch of time. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all the above work.
