Rehabilitation of Tel Bridge ( existing major bridge) between Km 126.690 to 127.163 km of NH-26

Clearing and grubbing of road for movement of vehicle for including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, f 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness and including cost conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalityetc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid and smooth centering & shuttering A1, P1,P2,P3, P4,P5, P6 ,P7, P8 ,P9, P10 , P11, P12 , P13, A2 all height of trough and road slab of aqueduct bridges deck slab and sofit slab using required nos of pylons for vertical supports of scaffolding centering and shuttering with joist N.G. rails & channels and shuttering plates including welding bolting cost, conveyance royality and all other taxes of all materials and cost of scaffolding etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 975.52x15Nos=14,362.80 sqm

Lifting of superstructure span on pier no. A1, P1,P2,P3, P4 ,P5, P6,P7, P8 ,P9, P10 , P11, P12 , A2 using 300T capacity jack of 4 nos, including 2 no.safty jacks Of 400T with power pack etc.including all machinaries like generator, assesories and cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royality etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply,erection and removal of scaffolding with steel pipes including platforms and cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.( Including dismantling)

Providing, fitting & fixing of Iron packing box with ISND channel and 25mm iron plates of required size including cost conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P. fabrications, royalityetc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of Bearings complete as per Technical Specification Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m.

Providing, supplying of lifting equipments like hydra, chainpullyetc including cost conveyance of all materials, lubricants, HSD, labour, T&P, royalityetc complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and greasing of roller and rocker bearings on top of piers,abutments and at articulation portion of suspended deck slabs of H.L bridge etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as perand as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical specification
