Work

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordernary soil exacavation to be the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30 m. The earthe cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100ft.) distance and cartage upto 2 Km distance as Directed by the Enginner-incharge. SI No. 253+231(A)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including filling lift upto 1. metre (5fts.) and lead upto 30m (100fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surlus earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches.As per SCH. PWD 251

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:6:12 (I cement : 6 fine sand : 12 graded Brick Ballast 40 mm. Nominal Size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

M-150 Class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and super structure including supply of all materials, labours and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per SI No 305(b)

12 mm thick plaster with cement morar in proportion of cement and approved coarse and in 1:3. As per SCH PWD SI No. 583

2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse and and 2 cm (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm (1/8") flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as pecified over & including 8 cm (3") thick base concere consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 4 cm (1.5") gauge in the propotion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, laobur and T & P etc. required for proer completion of the workt without base concrete.
