Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Distmantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of dismantled materials/rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo cast in situ of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition to cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old PGI/CGI sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labor for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified ceramics tiles 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors et and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 7 here-in-above but in skirting with 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), finished concrete surfaces even and rought to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lacquer coated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding/flooring etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer of 10mm thick each with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer's instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS-2465-2003 and/or as approved, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (any size and pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc including removal to stores complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC(SWR) half round 150mm bore with round edges including all accessories like bend, T etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bend of any radius for PVC(SWR) pipes, fixed to walls or fixed to steel gutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed

S&F powder coated GI snap grid frame work for false ceiling of 605x605mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and incluidng 2mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 28mm x24mmx0.70mm thick, cross tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.70mm thick and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.70mm thick conforming IS :733,737 & IS : 1285 complete all as per manufacturer's instructions as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board (E-board) of approved texture, for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 595x595mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulstion distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalue aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalue aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white washing including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of white primer including complete removal of old finish including preparation of old plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of weather shield exterior emulsion paint including preparation of old wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle clear or other connecting plates conforing to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250 quality-A)including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling hard boards/AC sheets(Fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation board and plywood in any thickness & any position including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of nw steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old or previously treated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in an ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china squatting pan of 'Orissa pattern' of size 580mm x440mm (white) with integral foot rest 'P' or 'S' trap, front or back inlet, any pattern(excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and flushing pipe anti syphon pipe etc complete including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc. complete including making good to floor all as specified and as directed. Make : Jaquar Cat No. FNS-WHT-40751SSM one piece EWS S concealed size 365x630x750mm S-Trap 220mm, Cat No. FNS-WHT-4021 flush fittings or equivalent approved.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china, white colour, flat back, wash hand basin of size 55cm x 40cm x 79 cm fixed with brackets, including providing 32mm dia PVC waste pipe, 32mm bore CP waste coupling with or without padestal and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cera Cat part No. S2040111(WHB) and Cat Part No. S2090107 pedestal equivalent/approved make.

S&F in repair CP towel rail, size 600mm long with lower hanger type complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Jaquar Code AKP-35781PS or equivalent approved).

S&F in repair designer corner glass shelf 25x25cm with CP steel frame complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Jaquar Code No. ACN 1173 or equivalent approved)

S&F in repair hand shower(health faucet) 8mm dia alongwith 1m flexible tube and wall hook fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cera F8030103 or equivalent approved)

M&L for 12mm thick tempered glass wall to wall shower enclosure with one fixed glass & one openable doors fixed on wall-2 part, chrome finish including brass hinges with rubber gasket & concealed door spring for frameless door suitable for weight 100 Kgs. Size-H-1950mm W-800-1200mm of Jaquar Series of frameless shower enclosures all as per manufacturer''s instructions & directed.
