Providing, fitting, fixing of Stainless Steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mmx32mmx2mm @ 0.90mtr C/C and staineless square pipe bracing of size 32mmx32mmx2mm in 3 rows in stair case asper approved design and specification,buffling polishing etc including all cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm. Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) over Brick work including all cost, conveyance, labour, etc., required for the work complete as directed by the E.I.C.

12mm. Thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) including all cost, conveyance, labour, etc., required for the work complete as directed by the E.I.C.

Providing fitting and fixing of Gypsum board(12.5mm thick of size 6'x4' size) celling with Aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'0"center to center, L Section No.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC supended from celling etc complete.

Plastic Emulsion painting two coats to walls of approved shade over a coat of primer etc complete

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats over a coat of primer to give an even shape including cost of cement paint.
