Supply and replace unserviceable metal clad AC plug & socket enclosures including 20amp SP MCB

Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep from any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly , examine & replacement of split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, including replacement of wornout/defective parts, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified.NOTE :- (1) Necessary replacement of unserviceable parts/winding shall be measured and paid seperately.(2) Labour element for replacing of unserviceable parts deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Taking out defective winding and rewinding of the ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep complete with equivalent new super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and weight as per manufacturer's design and instructions of ceiling fan of any make complete all as specified and directed NOTE: Cost of transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for taking down the 25/50 ltr geyser from any height and repairs to copper inner container like denting, soldering, brazing, leak testing and reassembling of 25/50Ltrs capacity water heater (Geyser) complete all as specified.

Taking down Exhaust/wall mounted fans 225/290/300/380/450 mm Sweep and cleaning the dust properly, oiling, greasing & overhualing and replacement of defective worn out parts such as bolts and bearings including refixing and connecting up all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Rewinding will be measured and paid separately.
