GE(S)BTD 54 OF 2026-27 REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES SEPTIC TANK ETC ATTENDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS UNDER AGE BR I OF GE(S) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom, kitchen, WHB and urinals including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users, including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and removing it out of premises contonment area incl transportation charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from EWC/IWC (any type) including connected traps (any type), pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users, including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and removing it out of premises contonment area incl transportation charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole not exceeding 15mtr) including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover any description or size and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and removing it out of premises contonment area incl transportation charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole exceeding 15 mtr but not exceeding 30 mtr) including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover any description or size and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and removing it out of premises contonment area incl transportation charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole exceeding 30 mtr and not exc 45m including one manholes of any size or depth) including cleaning and de-sludging of manholes of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) incl any foreign materials like clothes rubbish,soil,glasses,bags and broken woods located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover any description or size and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and removing it out of premises contonment area incl transportation charge complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Contractor must employ Minimum ten nos labourer's daily i.e. 04 Nos for Old & New Nilgiri, Abdul Hamid Enclave , 04 Nos for Jadhunath Enclave ,04 Nos for Govind & ranjith Enclave and 04 Nos for OTM Accn. (b) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate. (d) A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties. Complaint register shall be kept on record of Engineer-in-Charge after completion of work.

M & L for De-watering and De- sludging of existing septic tanks and soakage wells of 10 users to 100 users capacity including disposal of sludge etc and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge through honey sucker machine/jetting machine as directed by Engr-in-charge and dividely store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly outside the MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for De-watering and De- sludging of existing septic tanks and soakage wells of above 100 to 500 users including disposal of sludge etc and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge through honey sucker machine/jetting machine as directed by Engr-in-charge and dividely store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly outside the MD land all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m deep for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m depth & getting cut in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 (Here-in-before) but exc 1.5 m but n.exc 3.00 m depth complete all as specified and directed.
