DESIGN ENGINEERING MANUFACTURING SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF SPHERICAL VALVE MAIN INLET VALVE WITH ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND DISMANTLEMENT OF OLD SPHERICAL VALVE FOR 50 MW MACHINE OF SHANAN POWER HOUSE JOGINDER NAGAR

Design, Engineering, Manufacture and Supply of 1400 mm dia Spherical Valve (Double seal) with associated Equipment’s like servomotor(s) {Floor/body mounted}, bearing, counter weight(if applicable otherwise oil servomotor), bush, studs, seals, o-rings etc. and Supply of New associated equipment i.e. High Pressure Unit with nitrogen cylinder bank main and standby. New Oil with 10% extra quantity for HPU Motor driven main and stand by pump mounted on sump tank with provision of ELC machine, SCADA compliant Local Control Panel for HPU. Dual continuous on line centrifuging and cleaning system with On- line change over and filter clogging indication, Piping , Valves & Cabling for interfacing the equipment .

Compensator piece with sealing flange, and any other spool piece, companion flanges etc. of Dia.1400mm & suitable length flanged at the end matching the valve ends & with upstream/downstream penstock /spiral end flanges.

Bypass (having suitable pipe size) with one automatic hydraulic operated Slide Valve and manual isolation gate valves. (Bypass line with all the pipes having thermal insulation, fitting of suitable size with all related accessories including Hydraulic Operated Slide Valve and manual operated Gate valve) Note:- There is provision in Penstock (On Upstream side ) for by pass filling arrangement and during erection of new bypass piping system, if any modification is required in the penstock pipe, the same shall be in the scope of the firm.

Body bypass for Valve and drain valves, pressure gauges of suitable size alongwith valves, HP seamless pipes with fittings to monitor the pressure of upstream & downstream side.

Foundation / anchor plate for the valve.( New valve should be offered with anchorage and shall be kept on the existing or on the new foundation. Body shall be provided with supporting feet to take all vertical loads on foundations.)

Copper cables off sizes as per design/site requirement alongwith junction boxes etc. (Length from Shanan Control room to 50 MW Turbine Hall is 200 mtr. appox.)
