Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of 2.0 MLD Sewage treatment plant based on SBR technology and 2.0 Mld Tertiary Treatment plant in M30 RCC grade consisting of Raw sewage pumping Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Detritus Tanks, Distribution Chamber/box and Biological CASP Basins tank, Sludge Sump, Centrifuge house, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinator Room/Shed, Sludge Centrifuge, Including tertiary treatment plant of 2 Mld Capacity based on fibre Disc filter technology including necessary piping work for the secondary and tertiary treatment plant with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, Tools and Plants, Spare Parts, Internal roads, approach road to STP, compund wall, Peripheral retaining wall around, DG platform, Storm water drains, security cabin, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical and mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specification for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete to achieve BOD < 5 ppm, COD < 100 ppm, TSS < 5 ppm, to get recyclable quality of water for industrial / agricultural purposes, fire fighting, gardening etc. Plant is designed for N, P outlet parameters shall also include TN < 10 ppm, NH3N < 1 ppm and TP < 1 ppm)

Construction of retaining wal at property boundary adjoining Nullah Side

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 m & lift of 2 m for depths in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murum, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size of boulders etc all complete as per standard specification as directed by the Departmental Engineer.

a) For 0 to 2 m depth

Supplying and laying of Reinforcement Cement Concrete of M30 grade using machine crushed hard broken granite stone jelly 20 mm for RCC works in all types of foundations floor slabs of all shapes (Excluding cost of providing centering & fabrication of reinforcement which shall be measured and paid under seperate items) including curing, complying with standard speifications as directed by the Departmental Engineer using sulphate resistant cement.

Providing and laying base concrete in foundation using Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 As base course (40 mm) including consolidation and levelling etc as per standard specifications

Supplying & erecting centering for sides & walls of chamber including supports & strutting for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using 25 mm thick boards suitable purloined over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10 x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre & supported by casuarinas props 10 cm to 13 cm dia..meter spaced at about 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specifications. Centering for RCC works below GL (wall).
