UPGRADATION OF HT 11 KV TWO POLE STRUCTURE TO VCB AT AT SUB STATION NO 09 INCLUDING CONNECTED WORK UNDER GE DSSC WELINGTON

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Spreading clean dry riddled sand in trenches for cushioning for under ground cables protections (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, laid under road/ fixing on wall/crossing drain/nallah etc as in cable protection including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting existing roads/ hard standing/ PCC/WBM etc for laying LT cables through pipes of any size n.exc 45cm depth and 25cm width and making good the damaged surfaces complete as per the existing specifications of roads/ hardstanding/ path etc to match with the existing surfaces or with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core including taking up or down existing unserviceable UG cable and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply , install, commissioning and testing Outdoor Type with motorised mechanism right side extensible, Ring Main Unit comprising of 2 I/C + 2 O/G with Vacuum Circuit Breakers of nominal voltage, HT 11 kV , 630 A , 21 kA rms for 3 sec rated lightning withstand voltage 75 KVp, rated power frequency withstand voltage - 28 KV rms for 1 Min, rated peak current - 50 KA complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following items/specifications : (MAKE : SCHNEIDER/ABB/SIEMENS or equivalent as per list of manufacturer) (a) Earth Module of HT component function unit must comprise of a Vacuum Circuit Breaker in combination with a three-position-switch. The three-position-switch must fulfill the operations of disconnector function & earthing function. (b) Details of items/equipments in each Module of HT Compartment function are as follows: (i) Vacuum Circuit Breaker, 11 KV, 630A, 21 KA (ii) Integrated manually operated earth switch (iii) Self powered Electronic Numerical Protection Relay providing Over-Current & Earth-Fault Protection (iv) 03 Nos of Ring Core type CTs of protection ratio 50-25/1+1A. AC of Class: 10P10-5P10, Burden: 2.5 VA (v) Capacitive Voltage Indication, fixed type: LED display (vi) ON, OFF, Earth Indication on the front mimic of the panel (vii) Cable box for termination of HT 11 KV (E) UG Cable upto 1 x 3C x 300 Sqmm (viii)) Standard Cable Cover
