SH-1 11KV HT Work at MSSR Bellary

Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of 11 KV DP structure to terminate the HT cable/ACSR conductor, with all associated accessories such as 2 no's of RCC Poles of 9 -10 Mtr height (supply & erection), 6 no's of 11 KV Disc Insulators, 3 no's of 11 KV pin insulators,1 set of 11KV 200Amp Single break GOS switch, 3sets of 10kV 5 KA Lightning Arrestor, 3sets of 11KV 200Amps DOLO cutouts/HG Fuse unit, DP structure holding MS clamps,structure Brackets, Arms, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete painting with primer and finish paint complete as required with 2 set of pipe Earthing and required qty of 11 KV ACSR conductor for terminations etc as per GESCOM standards including dismantling of Existing 11KV DP structure and handing over to store as per EIC instructions complete as required as per site requirements at MSSR Station Bellary.

Supplying , Erecting , testing & Commissioning of 11 KV HT Metering cubicle as per GESCOM Specification with 3 Nos CT with ratio : 30 / 5 A ( Single Core Single Ratio) - 0.2S Class , 10 VA Burden, 3 Nos. PT with Ratio : 11KV / 110V , 0.2 Class 50 VA Burden, (2 No's of ABT METER shall be provided by AAI), the metering panel shall be installed on existing platform. The cost includes interconnections with existing HT cables, De-commissioning and dismantling of existing metering cubicle and handing over to store as per EIC instructions, Calibration of ABT Meters, liasoning work for getting Approvals from GESCOM, 02 Sets of Earthing for HTMC as per GESCOM and all other related work for Commissioning complete as required as per site requirement and as per special conditions of contract(SCC). (Note- ABT meter shall be taken over from AAI Before ordering Metering cubicle for confirmation of CT ,PT ratio)

CT ( Single Core Single Ratio) - 1 Class , 3.75 VA Burden, 3 Nos. PT with Ratio : 11KV / 110V , 1 Class 50 VA Burden, Construction of (1.5m x 1.5m x 1.2m) platform for metering cubicle. The cost includes interconnections with existing HT cables, De-commissioning and dismantling of existing metering cubicle and handing over to store as per EIC instructions, Calibration of ABT Meter, liasoning work for getting Approvals from MESCOM, 02 Sets of Earthing for HTMC as per MESCOM and all other related work for Commissioning complete as required as per site requirement and as per special condition of the contract.
