Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of following Chiller unit including Scroll Compressor, Evaporator, Condenser along with Refrigerant Gas Charging all other accessories and following connected work all etc., complete work.

PART-A : 90TR Air-cooled Scroll Chiller 02 Nos replacement and AHU Overhauling. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 90TR Air-cooled Scroll Chiller Factory charged System with chilled water inlet 12 Degree C and Chilled water outlet 07 Degree C, Eco-friendly (CFC free) refrigerant with 4 Nos Hermatic type scroll compressor @ 2900 rpm and unit capacity reduction steps in % 100/75/50/25 with max. allowable current per compressor (Amps at 400volts) 72A & Operating current per compressor Amps 44 Amp, Fin & Tube type condenser adequate Nos of fan, Condenser & Evaporator copper tubing & Total cubic feet per minutes (CFM) of 66000 including transportation, unloading, lifting, shifting and all accessories etc. complete. Chiller package unit (condensers, fans and associated electrical & control components) shall be compatible for operating in outdoor environment All electrical and control terminals shall have adequate protection against rain water, moisture and direct sun light. The Chiller Unit shall have Safety Interlocks High discharge Pressure trip, Low suction Pressure trip, Temperature cut-off limits for switch ON & OFF, Anti-freeze trip, Single phase preventer trip for compressors, Electrical overload relay trips, No flow trip, Oil level switch for compressors. Chiller controller shall be of microprocessor based. Microprocessor based controller shall have manual override and should be able to operate in local mode/remote mode/BMS mode. Chiller unit shall be suitable to operate in ambient temperature of up to 50˚C & RH of 5% to 95%. All piping shall be properly insulated with vibration absorbing pads to minimize heat loss. Chiller should be installed on existing civil foundation however existing foundation to be modified or make it fine for installation of new chiller - 02 Nos Chilled Water Piping modification ,repairs with Al Cladding as per Site conditions (Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of MS pipe 80mm nominal sizes of chilled/hot water piping inside and outside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators, and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.)and as required at site - 01 Job

Dismantling, lifting, shifting of existing BER Air Cooled condensing units along with 90TR Aircooled Scroll Chiller. (Electrical, Mechanical isolation, refrigerant evacuation )

SITC of damper suitable for 90 TR AHU and ducting system installed at site

SITC of Flow Switch for 90TR Chillers (Providing and fixing water flow switch on chilled water inlet/outlet complete as required at site.

SITC Of Temp Gauge 5 to 20 degree cetrigate or existing size (Providing and fixing thermometer mercury filled V form type complete as required at site.

SITC of Pressure Guage for 90 TR AC plant (Providing and fixing pressure gauge with gauge cock, thermowell. complete as required at site

SITC of MS Valves 50-80mm (Providing and fixing motorized butterfly valves as required at site.

SITC of actuator valve 80mm as per site condition for AHU Room

SITC of balancing valve 80mm as per site condition for AHU Room.

SITC of Centrifugal monoblock pumpset 7.5HP/5.5KW 3Ph, 415 Volts, 50Hz including construction of PCC foundation in required size, anti-vibration pads for fixing pumpset, nuts/bolts/washers etc as per site requirement as standby for chilled water pumping.

PVC water storage tank of capacity 50 Ltr with standard mounting arrangements inside the AHU room as make-up tank for supply water to chiller in emergency

AHU Overhauling (Research Lab)-Blower motor 5.5 KW overhauling, checking and replacement of Door switch, heater - 09 Nos, humidifier, honey comb, canvas hose for blower - 02 Nos, float valves, LED bulk head fittings 10W (Cabin light) - 01 No, V-belt for blowers (A/80) - 02 Nos, Pre filters, fine filters, fins, aluminium cladding of pipe, puff insulation of pipe, painting and frame work for AHU etc and modification of ducting for fresh air provision as per site requirement as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SITC of MS pipe 80mm - 50 metre with necessary fittings, puff insulation and aluminium cladding for chilled water pipe.

Supply, fixing and Testing of GI pipe 25mm dia with necessary fittings - 50 meter with gun metal globe gate valve 25mm - 08 Nos and 25mm butterfly valve - 04 Nos as fresh water supply to AHU

Necessary civil works for foundation of AHU, chiller and pumpsets, arresting leakage of water from any source etc complete.

SITC of copper earthing cable with existing system {The maintenance free earthing arrangement shall be done in accordance with RDSO specification no. RDSO/ PE/ SPEC/ PS/ 0109-2008 (REV’0’). For transformers, substation earthing, LT line equipment / 40 kA, The IR value shall be less than 1 to 5 ohm., in normal soil resistivity upto 50 ohm-mtr, single electrode type earth system -

Repair of Main LT Panel (Control Panel for HVAC system) repair & replacement of defective accessories such as VFD - 22KW (01 nos) MCCB - 400Amp 36KA - (01) ,TPN 63Amp 10KA - (02nos),MCB - 02nos.,Relay,contactor,Ampere meter,Voltmeter including painting of panels with siemens grey paint as per site conditions for 90TR chillers.

Overhauling of chiller water Centrifugal blower motor/5.5KW such as oiling,greasing,winding,warnashing, including replacement of defective parts etc for 90TR Aircooled Scroll chillers as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Modification of GI duct for supply air along with insulation, {Price shall cover for supply erection testing and commissioning of 22 SWG GI sheet duct fabricated with prime quality GI sheet & MS frame work of suitable size as per requirement at site. Portion of the duct not covered with insulation and visible shall be properly painted with enamel paint}.

PART-B : 30TR Aircooled Condensing unit 02 Nos replacement with 11TR 06 Nos Aircooled Condensing Unit and Coil replacement

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11TR Aircooled Ductable Split Unit (having scroll compressor and indoor, outdoor condensing unit) with CFC free ecofriendly refrigerent charged (Including N2 Pressure testing,vaccuming with N2 Cylenders) as per site requirement to suitable attached with existing system.

Cooling Coil replacement/modification for Compatiblity with existing all AHU's and Condenser along with safety interlocks HP/LP Switch, Expansion valves, relief valves as per site requirement.

Dismantling .Lifting ,shifting of Existing Air Cooled condensing units 30TR (Electrical, Mechanical isolation, Refrigerant evacuation).

Supply & Installation of 5/8" & 1 1/8" Cu Hard pipe for 11.0TR DSU along with insulation for liquid line.{This item comprises of suction and discharge copper pipe of 5/8 inch dia. and 1 1/8 inch dia. respectively. One meter of schedule item will comprise one mtr of suction pipe plus one meter of discharge pipe running in respective circuit of specified diameter along with all necessary pipe fitting, joints etc. • All the refrigerant piping should be done according to the standard air conditioning practice with 16 SWG thick hard drawn copper pipes with insulation and necessary fittings. Refrigerant pipe shall be clamped properly wherever necessary.

• Oil trapping loops to be provided wherever required to ensure proper oil return to the compressors. • The refrigerant and drain pipe should be insulated with suitable nitrile rubber pipe sections/ tape. • Each refrigerant circuit should be suitable for operation on ecofriendly (CFC free) and should include the hand shut off valves, Suction and discharge valves for isolation of each Compressor. • The serviceable / removable components should have union connections for easy removal /assembly}

SITC of Ancillary Copper Items like hand set valves, filter drier, relief valve, dead cap, angle valve,expansion Valves.

SITC of copper armoured cable 4C*10Sq mm{The work involve supply ,erection ,testing & commissioning of power armoured copper cabling from main panel to AC unit & controlling cable. These cables are required to be used in accordance with the site requirement & in view of the current capacity of the equipment in order to smooth functioning of the equipment. The work should be carried out in an approved manner under the supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.

SITC of copper armoured cable 3C X 1.5 (Cu) sq mm with CPVC Conduit Pipe {The work involve supply ,erection ,testing & commissioning of power armoured copper cabling from communication cable from outdoor (Condenser coil) to AHU/IDU ( Cooling coil). These cables are required to be used in accordance with the site requirement & in view of the current capacity of the equipment in order to smooth functioning of the equipment. The work should be carried out in an approved manner under the supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.

SITC of cable Tray 450X50 {The price shall cover supply, erection, testing and commissioning of GI fabricated cable tray of size 450 mm x 50 mm including fixture and fittings are to be of perforated pattern 1.6mm minimum mild steel with returned edges galvanized overall. Trays shall be supported from the soffit of structural slabs and beams by mild steel rods not less than 6mm diameter and under slung mild steel angles, or alternatively, supported on steel angle brackets secured to walls. The former method shall be preferred where practicable. All supports and hangers shall be hot-dipped galvanized with bolts and nuts electroplated .

SITC of PVC drain Line 40mm dia {The price shall cover the cost of supply, loading, transportation and unloading to site, erection, testing and commissioning of material, fixing of Hard PVC Drain piping with 9 MM pipe lagging foam insulation of size 2 inch. The pipe shall Excellent quality, Sturdy, Dimensionally accurate, Leak proof, Low maintenance as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply Air Duct repairs, saddle work repairs for Duct Support, MS Work painting as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge -

Civil Openings core cuttings for Return Air Duct as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Return Air Duct Provision (Supply,installation, testing and commissioning supply and return air grilles/ diffusers as per specifications and drawings including fixing frame of G.I./wooden in false ceiling/walls) as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
