Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs of LT Panel 3.15 mm thick cubical outdoor type weather proof, totally enclosed with IP 65 protection made out of CRC sheet angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire ,440 volts, 50 Hz including cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring,CT of suitable Ratio, voltmeter, ammeter, air passing holes with proper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories, cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc and locking arrangement with two locks godown type welded inside of the shutter with duplicate keys, spray painting with two coats of light gray paint over a coat of red oxide primer and mounted on two No bricks pillars including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4, brick work 1:4 and plastering etc. complete all as specified and as directed including comprising of following accessories/fittings:-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in repairs, of Junction Box Outdoor type, cubical, factory made, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick, and mild steel angle iron frame complete with openable shutters in front and having proper locking arrangement including 04 Nos legs made out of angle iron of suitable size and height of each leg shall be grouted in PCC. Panel shall be spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide primer and pre wired with suitable size of PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed including comprising of following accessories/fittings:-

Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable class 'B' bricks from excavated trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable class 'B' bricks kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable bricks to be contractor's property for which credit shall be recovered.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ bricks well burnt for cable protections laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable sub class ‘B’ bricks as retrieved from Srl item No.10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx l50mm x 40mm for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade for outdoor termination end joint kit, heat shrinkable type with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Arranging fault locating machine to locate the fault in underground electric power cable of any length & any type of 11 KV/1.1 KV grade HT/ LT cables & pin point the fault, it also include testing of the cable after locating fault and cutting the cable at Fault to fix the joint including excavation and earth wotrk in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective of BoQ. (ii) If fault is not rectifed within 24 hours after receivng message , the contractor shall be charged penalty for Rs 500/- per Hour & the same shall be deducted from his account during RAR

S&F in repairs Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) 4 pole, 630 Amps 50 KA capacity, 415V 50Hz with adjustable thermal and magnetic relay incl replacement of lugs & disconnecting and taking out the old unservicable MCCB from panel/DBs/ etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of MCCB's Legrand/Havells/L&T/C&S) as per site requirement.

M&L for painting of LT Panel of any sizes after cleaning and scraping old paint with wire brush and applying two coats of existing paint over a one coat of red oxide primer by using spary gun complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs LED Street light fitting 45 Watt highly efficient made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass conventional security light fitting including fixing material ie MS clamp, Nuts and bolts, anchor fastner, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make :Cat Part : LSTS-45-CDL-M of CG or equivalent in Havells/Halonix).

S&F in repairs LED Street light fitting 60 Watt highly efficient made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass conventional security light fitting including fixing material ie MS clamp, Nuts and bolts, anchor fastner, washers etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Make :Cat Part : LSTP-60-CDL-M of CG or equivalent in Havells/Halonix).

S&F in repairs thermoplastic cable junction box with metric knock out for cable entry of size 200x160x98mm with 4 Nos of 200A aluminium busbar mounted on insulators, terminal and provision of din rail for fixing of MCB 10A capacity including fixing with clamp 30x5mm iron flate, nuts, bolts and washer complete including providing of steel conduit of dia 32mm bore of length 1.60 mtr including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI bracket for fixing of bldg security light fitting with GI pipe 32/40 mm dia atleast 1.5 mtr long to be fixed in wall while constructing the wall and it has to be bend in 45 degree angle to install the bldg security light fitting including necessary cutting, welding and MS fastner, clamp with strip 38mm wide upto 6mm thick (Min) to the light and painting the bracket by good quality paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of credit shown in Sch of Credit of this tender
