Material & Labour for cleaning of underground sewage line of 100mm bore from solid/liquid/mud deposited in there lines manually by roding with sewage /obainage rods through conneting manboles and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 500m for out side perpihare of defence land including cleaning sledge /solid deposited from the ends as well as from intermediate menholes coming between there line taking off & reflushing of manholes covers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item no 1.01 here in before but sewage line of size 150/200/300mm bore complete.

Material & Labour for Removal blockage from water closet (Indian or Europen style) by removing solid/liquid or mud deposited in the trap or CI pipe line by roding manually and removing the slugge duly covered in hygenic manner to a distance exceeding 150 m and not exceeding 200m and making the water closet fully functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per set item no 3 here in before but from floor /nahani trap of kitchen/bath room complete.

Material & Labour for cleanig of underground sewage line of 150/200/300 mm bore (SGSW) excavation and braking & minium two length and removing blockage laying new pipes rejoining with old pipes including haunching new pipes with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in all situation where cleaning is not possibe also including excavation & earth work upto depth of 3 metre from ground level and required width etc and demolition of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, desilting of septic tank upto 20 users of size(2.3xx1.1x1.3 mtr approx) from solid/liquid mud and removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning desilting of Manholes of size up to 1.2x1,2M/diameter up to 1.5 m & depth upto 1.5 M from solid/liquid mudetc and removing sludge out side of defense land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, desilting of Manholes of size up to 1.2x1.2M/diameter up to 1.5 m & depth exceeding 1.5M but n.exc 3M from solid/liquid/mud etc and removing sludge out side of defense land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out and removing of old manhole cover and frames of any type /grating on rain water gutter including refixing the same after raising man hole with 23cm thick brick work of height 3 brick course wall of outer size 80x80 cm to 120x120 cm in CM (1:4) and coping of 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing only new cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, desilting of Sewage lift well diameter 5 mtr & depth 6 mtr (approx)from solid/liquid/mud etc and removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required for takingout solid sludge from the well, icluding blocking the adjacent manhole to prevent water flow in to the well,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, desilting of Sewage lift well/tank size 2.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 3 mtr (approx) from solid/liquid/mud etcafter removing cover slab and fix in position after cleaning, removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required for removing solid sludge from the well, cutting of any vegitations inside etc,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, desilting of static water tank of size 10 mtr x 10 mtr x 3 mtr (approx) from solid/liquid/mud etc and removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required for removing solid sludge from the tank, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep as in foundation in soft/loose soil for foundation of manholes, laying sewage pipes or for drains etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out including trimming sides and leveling bottom surfaces, watering & well ramming to the required level/slope, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200 mm (Salt glazed store ware AC or reinforceconcrete) set in cement mortar, including removing rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item no 14 here in before but 150 mm dia.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using graded crushed stone aggragate) bed for drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the pipes of sides after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 16 here in before but 150 mm dia.

Material & Labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 200 mm bore laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including joints arches pillars staging walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:4, external face pointed flush in the same mortar as the work proceeds, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22 here in before except bricks.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in channels, drains or benching in drains, coping etc., including use and waste necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred.stoped ends etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description as in manhole cover etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks , laid flat, bedded and jointed in Cm (1:6) and pointed in Cm (1:3) as in brick lined drain wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub ckass 'B' brick straiight orcurved on plain exceeding 6m mean radius as in half brick thick wall in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 33 here in before except bricks.

Material and labour for Removing old lime wash (if any,) hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick masonry wall in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for De-silting of drains by rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for cleaning existing drain and getting out in soft/loose soil including cutting bushes/small trees girth not exceeding 30 cm from sides of brick lined drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2;4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations for RCC culvert, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2;4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in walls for RCC culvert, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2;4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls for RCC culverts, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to battercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing / wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dimantling posts or struts (wood,steel or R.C.C) any section embedded in concrete, brick work masonry posts or struts including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground on natural ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earths or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled miled steel section such as angle etc as in post and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, Flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc ) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting etcand similar works conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed

Supply only MS galvanized fencing, any size or type, weight not lessthan 4.0 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid seperatly

Fixing only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size with GI wire including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standars rails, straining bolts,etc incl provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 10mm dia MS round bars including welding with necessary lapping all as directed Fe 410- W gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long with diameter of shank 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preperation of new steel surface of any description, n exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of red oxide on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old steel barbed wire fencing of any dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised zinc coated conforming to IS 4826 (Hot dip) 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and starining fixing to any type security or tying at existing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staplus or steel pin& etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engir-in-Charge.

All as per item no 58 herein before but exccept barded wire retrieved under srl item No 57 to be used

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc.Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down steel gates from its position and repair the same including thorughtining alignment properly including welding additional stiffner, brases, pintol hinges locking arrangement etc and erecting the same back in position after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including PCC 1:2:4 for fixing hinges, area of each leaf of gate n.exc 6.5Sqm each all as directed(Note : Necessary MS sections such as angle, pipe, bars, flats etc will be measured and paid seperately)

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish out MoD land Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Sub floor, sub base, floor and pavings etc laid in alternate bays including necessary form work Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in sub base of pavement laid to required gradient and slope,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, ISI marked, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment , laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2.The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE

Material and labour, factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 usinng 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, of size approved by GE, kerb stone compressed & hydaulically pressed, tapered/curved on one edge at top, laid on edge with 150mm wide bedding layer 25mm thick sand and pionted in cement mortar 1:4 vertically on sides of path/road/pavements, including form work, necessary excavation and earth work,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 400x400x25mm thick,factory made ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement pigment., laid with neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for all above items:- (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost. (c) All types of equipments and safety kit required for working in foul condition shall be provided by the contractor to his workmen. The Engineer-in-Charge shall verify these aspects during currency of work. Al precautions/safety measures shall be kept in mind during execution of work. Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for the same and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 21575.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 112 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
