Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting, with hand roller 0.2 to 0.5 Tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in sub base of flooring using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast Coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path/pavings laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted is for adjustment of rate only for the actual size excuted at site for the item no 11.00 mentioned as above

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade, double charged shade 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles coloured in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white and colour cement to match shade of tiles including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm Granite (of any type) thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
