Errection & Commissioning Charges for the above-said 5.5TR Ductable Split Air Conditioner.

Supply, Installation & commissioning of hard/soft copper refrigeration pipeline, complete with fittings, elbows, bends, supporting arrangement on walls. (Make- Ryoku/Rajco/Mandev/Totaline)

Control Cabling from ODU to IDU (Make:- Gloster /Finolex/ KEI)

Supply, fabrication and installation of sheet metal duct in accordance with the approve ducting, laying,drawing, including accessories like anchor fasteners, MS angle /rod for support, dampers, turning vanes etc. ( Make-SAIL)

Supply & fixing of Fusible link mechanical type fire damper.

Supply and fixing flexible canvass connection for Ductable air-conditioners.

Supply & fixing 9mm thick fire-retardant nitrile rubber thermal insulation for Duct. (Make-Accoflex)

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining with 12.5mm thick fiberglass rigid board using shalikote primer hot bitumen and mechanically fastened, covered with 30 guage Al perforated sheet on the inner side of the duct.

Supply & laying Drain Water piping work out of PVC / HDPE hard pipes of following sizes incl. fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tappings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors.

Charges for Dismanting of exsisting 2 nos. AC machine (IDU+ ODU) and shifting to departmental store also Scaffolding arrangement incl. lifting & Shifting for outdoor & indoor units of Ductable Split AC.

Dismentling the old damaged electrical wirings including fixtures from their original position and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FRLS' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (RR Kabel/Finolex/Polycab/KEI) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required as per direction of EIC. [ E-14,1(a) ]

a) 4 x 6 sqmm + 2 x 4 sqmm as ECC [ E-14,1(b)(v) ]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. [ F-5,9 ]

Supply & Fixing of single LED Tube light fitting [Make - Philips cat no. TMC 501 P 1x T-LED / Wipro, cat no.WIO921208 /complete with 18/20 Watt LED tube lamps [Make - Philips Master LED tube model no.18W 865 T8 I 2100lm / Wipro cat no.- LL13-181-65SE/Lighting technology ]with 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. and by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with suitable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length, as per G.S.

Supplying and fixing of 4 way 40A MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment, as per direction of the EIC. [Make-Legrand/LK]

Rate should be quoted incl. of all taxes and cess.
