The defect liability period of LED light shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over to contractor for replacement/repair. 11. CA No. shall be written on each fitting before installation. 12. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 13. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 6.0 Sqmm as earth lead, drawn in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium grade including cutting chases in walls mechenically and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing specifications, including taking down exisating sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of cable with one run of earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured and paid for as one unit.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully ( water storage heater ) geyser 25 to 50 ltrs capacity horizontal or vertical of any make/model from existing position and dismantling of parts i.e bottom plate, top cover, water assembly thermostate, heatoing elements, inner tank, glass wool, pressure release valve, intel and outlet valve etc complete and reassembling and refixing in same position after descaling , desludging and cleaning with suitable chemicals and materials and washing with fresh water and repair and repalcement of defective/unserviceable components complete all as specified and directed. Note :- rate quoted shall include the minor repairs and replacement of minor parts i.e screw nuts, bolts, washers etc. However the major components incorporated here-in-after shall be paid under respective items.
