Creation of Infrastructure works viz., Formation of Roads including Construction of RCC side drain, Box Culvert, and Kerb Wall, Providing Street lights and Water Supply arrangements at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Sriperumbudur (Phase-IV, Mambakkam).

Clearing light jungle after setting out the alignment including grubbing the root bush, wastage logs and other debries as directed by the Engineer in charge for clearing and including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Removing the top soil including Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, etc. except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20-B and depositing the same to the low lying area/embankment portion with a initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in all classes of soil etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Filling with excavated earth from site and spreading into the median portion with a minimum lead of 1 Km including cost of conveyance, and filling cost etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Forming embankment using good quality hard earth having CBR value not less than 8% from borrow area with a lead of 25 Km. including spreading the same as per road level chart, which is to be compacted properly and forming the embankment with the required camber, watering and compaction including the cost of unloading, conveyance, spreading the materials uniformly over the entire width of embankment in layers not exceeding 200mm compacted thickness, breaking the clods, watering with all leads for water, compacting with vibratory roller and other construction tools and equipments for achieving 97% compaction including hire charges for all other tools and plants and allother incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification for forming road embankment and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying of 300 mm RCC NP3 class Non pressure Spun Pipes with Socket and Spigot ends with rubber Rings as per IS 458/2003 for cable duct arrangement including cost of pipes, labour charges, transportation, cost of jointing materials, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Construction of Granular Sub - Base by providing Coarse graded material confirming to Grading-III of Table 400 - 1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including cost and conveyance of all required materials, labour charges, hire charges for all other tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification etc.,complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Construction of Wet Mix Maccadam by providing Coarse graded material confirming grading - I and confirming to Table 400 - 10 and Table 400 - 11, mixing at Base mix plant (PUG mill) including cost and conveyance of all materials to Base Mix Plant, conveying the mix in tipper trucks to the required site, spreading the mix in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 8-10 tonne Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for BMP, tipper trucks, Loader, Water tankers, Motor grader, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required including all labour charges, all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification as per clause 406 of MORT&H and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying single coat of Liquid Bituminous materials to the absorbent WMM surface using 7.00Kg. Of Bituminous Emulsion primer having Kinetic viscosity of 30 - 60 centistokes at 60oC complying with IS 8887 for 10 sq.m. area including cost of bituminous primer including labour charges for preparing the surface to lay the bituminous primer and applying the required quantity of bituminous primer as prime coat by bituminous sprayer etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORT&H specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying single coat of low viscosity liquid bituminous material using 2.50Kg. of liquid Bituminous Emulsion complying with IS 8887 for 10 sq.m. area over the WMM surface treated with primer as Tack coat, including cost of bituminous binder including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bituminous sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT& H specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
