The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra as per SI no. 288 new item.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as RCC or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bends, hooks and authorised overlaping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire

2.5 cm thick (1:2:4)plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved course sand and 2cm graded approved stone grid, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. floating Coat of neat cement of cement and marbel Dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement, finds sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panel if any and giving them a uniform finishing, including supply of all materials, labour, tool& plants etc.required for proper completion of the work.

P/Fixing of 1 mm thick M.S.Sheet Garrage door shutter with frame of angle iron frame and M.S.Gusset plates at the junction and corners i/c supply and fimxing of necessary fittings, lock rail of 15 inches length of oxidised iron and i/c pnlet hooks at the top and applying priming coat of red lead paint on all sides and using M.S. flat 40x6 mm for diagonal bracing and central places. Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K/Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Providing of water proof cement paint in 2 coats including of all work complete.Item no. 661+662

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood with one coat ( upto one square metre of redy mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.
