Dismantling APFC panel, carefully removing the defective control device, MCCBs/MCBs, capacitor cum push button, switches, relays contacts, CTs, internal wiring etc, cleaning all parts by CRC solution/ emery paper as required and greasing the metallic and mechanical serviceable parts and reassembling complete panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement capacitor suitable for 10 KVAR on panel mounted type including disconnecting the incoming/outgoing cable connections and reconnecting with suitable copper lugs/ferrules etc after taking out the existing u/s and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration/ filtration of voltage stabilizer oil for voltage stabilizer of various capacities installed at different locations in base hospital by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing voltage stabilizer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till achieving dielectric strength 45 KV to 50 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result shall be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor shall make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete without any extra cost to Deptt. (iii) Transformer oil required for topping up shall measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply & topping up oil for voltage stabilizer, up to required level, dielectric strength 50 KV & above all as per IS specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out load balance distribution on LT side by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 Phase, 4 wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Contractor shall submit reports before load balance and after load balance as per format given by the department.

M&L in repair pipe earthing (PIP) comprising of GI 80mm bore pipe, wall thickness of pipe 4.85 mm (Medium grade), 3.00 Metre length, terminal size 40x6mm & internal strip 25x4mm with one bag of BFC (50 Kg) as per IS 3043-1987, tubing filled with jelly earthing compound, duly inserted in soil, boring of 100mm bore filled with back filling compound including fibre chamber cover 1x1 feet, openable type, including testing of earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: On testing after completion, if the earth resistance < 1 Ohms is not obtain, earthing shall be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Dismantling following size cable, armoured/unarmoured, cutting burnt damaged portion of cable and replacement of lugs heavy duty Aluminium/copper and connecting in position including tightening cable gland, including necessary excavation/earth work complete all as specified and as directed:-
