M&L Sand stone slab 25-35 mm thick set jointed and pointed self faced punched dressed laid as in plinth protection laid over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 59 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old finished surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted as directed by the Engr in Charge.

Preparing old decorated surfaces treated with cement base paint of walls cornices pilaster etc and applying one coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls complete all as specified.

Preparing surface of wood of any desc over 10cm width ot girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint

Preparing surface of steel of any desc over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface of steel of any desc over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prep of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls by applying a 3 mm thick thin layer of Birla white putty to give uniform surface applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper ( ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/liter, of approved manufracturer, of required shade and colour complete , as per manufracturer's specifiication. Two or more coats on new work complete.

M&L for prep of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls by applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. Complete. ( Note : surface prepared should be smooth and free of any rugged surfaces)

M&L fro finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade: New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100 % premium acrylicemulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkaili & fungul resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43liter/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 90 liters/10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
