Taking down existing aluminium door shutter with frame area exceeding 1 Sqm and re-fixing in same opening after repair/replace complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The defective parts (any type of aluminium section) will be measured and paid separately.

Attending petty repair to different type of plumbing nature such as cleaning and refixing of old GI/PVC pipe line, repair and fixing sanitary fittings such as Bib taps, Pillar taps, Flushing cistern, WCs and any other plumbing related works as assigned by the Engr-in-charge on all days by employing 01x Plumber (skilled) with proper dress and tools to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed Note:- (a) Contractor shall deatil his supervisor to office of AGE B/R -1 SI Line daily by 9:00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R to recive all complaint of entire SI line Area i.e MD Accn and OTM Accn under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide one plumber daily to attend the complaint alongwith all requistie tools , equipments including safety meaures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5:00 PM same day. (c) please note that all the complaint related to water supply shall be attened within same day (within 12 Hour) , In case any compaint pertaining to water supply is not attened by 12:00 hours. A penalty @ Rs.100 per each complaint shall be recovered from contractor payment. (d) Replacement of items such as sanitary items/plumbing items GI tubing/CPVC tubing etc required during the repair work shall be meaured seprately and paid under relevent items of this CA. (e) Same nature of omplaint in one qtr in same day may be treated as one complaint.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming, scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconneting and refixing in position capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltr. including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.
